Where is Clinico based and what hours are you open?

Clinico Denture & Hearing currently has five clinics based throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Our hours of operation are Hamilton: Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm Thames: Saturday 9am - 4pm Waihi: Tuesday 9:30am - 3:30pm Tokoroa: Wednesday 9am - 4pm Rotorua: Friday 8am - 5pm Call us to make make an appointment. What warranties and guarantees do you offer?

Both full and partial Clinico dentures are covered by 12 month standard denture warranty (excluding immediate dentures). In addition, you are protected by the Consumer Guarantee Act.
How do I look after my dentures?

Daily brushing and an annual check-up for a professional clean are necessary to maintain both your oral health and to keep your dentures in top condition. It's important to treat your dentures in the same way you would normal teeth, as they are also prone to a build-up of plaque.
What do I do if my dentures chip or break?

In the event that your dentures sustain damage during normal use, we offer free denture assessments and advice on the best course of action to getting your denture repaired.
How long does it take to get new dentures made and fitted?

You can expect 3 – 5 appointments from the first consultation through to the final fitting.
What payment options are there to cover my denture costs?

To ensure that you can afford the dentures you need Clinico have 0% interest free finance available as well as a range of payment options available for patients who may not be able to afford to pay for their full treatment. How long can I expect my new dentures to last?

New dentures are expected to last for a minimum of five years and all new standard Clinico dentures include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing fault.
How often should I get my dentures professionally cleaned?

Ideally your dentures need to be checked and cleaned every six months; however an annual check-up is fine - provided you are following a daily care routine as instructed by your dental clinician.
